about

"Sync'd" with Roland SBX-1, MX-1, System-1, JX-3P, MSQ-700, TR-808, SRV-2000, SDE-1000, TC-Electronics T2, Alter Ego X4, Boss DD7, Juno 60 & 106
Well, I finally acquired an SBX-1. Now I can 'Sync' all my gear, old and new! It really makes a big difference. I did the intro with the Juno 106 with the Portamento on. Then I added a little arpeggiator glory with the Juno 60. When I hit the start button on the MX-1 it started the MSQ-700, Juno 60, and TR-808. I pre-programmed the drums and bass lines. Next I held a C minor chord with the JX-3P and used the MX-1 to slice it up. Then I did the same thing with the Juno 106. The lead was played with the Korg Minilogue on the first preset patch. I really like that sound. Next I used the System 1 with the SH-101 Plug Out on the BASS patch #2. I had several effects during the performance. The Bass went through my Boss DD7 pedal. The JX-3P and Juno 106 went through the TC Electronics T2 and Alter Ego X4 pedals. The TR-808 snare went through the SRV-2000 reverb and the Hand Clap went through the SDE-1000 delay. I did spin the Scatter wheel on the MX-1 once. Finally, I ended the song with the System 1. I'm very excited to get all this gear to sync up together. I look forward to making more music. Thanks for listening.
